Technical Features

（1）Power system
The Cummins engine and original Nikko transfer case are adopted, featuring high drive power and stable and reliable working.

（2）Hydraulic system
● The pumping hydraulic system adopts constant power open hydraulic system；
● The special electronically controlled reversing mode not only features the simpleness and easy maintenances of conventional electric reversing system, but also features the reliability of hydraulically controlled reversing.

（3）Pumping system
● Featuring one machine for multiple applications, this machine can be externally connected with horizontal piping for long-distance pumping of concrete or with vertical piping for upward pumping of concrete, featuring more powerful functions.

● The advanced low-noise technology is adopted to achieve low noise and low vibration of pumping operations.

● The concrete distribution valves are of type D valve, featuring convenient cleaning and maintenances.

● The highly wear-resistant wearing plate and cutting ring sufficiently cut down the user’s operating cost.

● The S pipe adopts rear drive mode so that there is no drive shaft in the hopper, featuring smoother concrete flow, higher suction efficiency, and low pressure loss；
● The constant pushing structure is adopted to automatically adjust the clearance between S pipe and wearing plate, play the automatic sealing function, and effective prevent the leakage of cement mortar.

● The level detector is fitted within the hopper to remind the pump truck operator and truck mixer operator of the corresponding operations via indicator lamp, featuring better humanization.

（4）Water cleaning system 
The external water tank features better operation convenience. The high displacement high pressure water cleaning device installed is connected with the washer chamber to clean the concrete pipeline. In addition, the high pressure water pump is fitted to clean the hopper and vehicle body.

（5）Boom and outrigger system
● The structural parts for the boom and outriggers are made of WELTEN590RE high strength steel plates, featuring high strength and good welding performance.

● The turntable is capable of 360º rotation in any angle so that the boom can place the concrete freely.

● The front outriggers are of arched structure and are pulled out manually and the rear outriggers are of horizontal structure and are slewed manually.

(6）Central lubrication system
The D-shaped valve and concrete delivery cylinder of the pump truck adopt central lubrication mode so that the hydraulically controlled follow-up grease pump guarantees the lubrication effect and features low grease consumption.
